I had requested that I get an interest concession from Vodacom as I had been unemployed for 3.5 year and unable to pay their account - of which I reported when I become unemployed in 2009. I recently started working and earning any income. They granted me the interest concession requested - this was contractual obligation not actual service used as my account was suspended.

But now some called Mike has been calling me demanding money. I told him I had applied for a consolidation loan which was not successful, I let him now then I will have to pay the account with minimum installments I can only afford R200.00 p.m only as I am heavily indebted this guy rudely told me that I must pay R350 or more otherwise he will garnish my account!

This was the 8/05 and he took the settlement offer up R1 100 and he said that was because I did not pay the settlement end of April. 2days ago the Settlement offer went up by another R600? Today he calls me at 12:46 threatening a judgment and Summons coz I have not paid month end as I promised me. The time is 13:10 its still month end! He shouts when he speaks and he has sworn at my colleague! This kind of conduct is unacceptable!!!
