I upgraded from a Blackberry Torch in February to a 9900, 3 months later the phone is now giving me problems like switching off when I try to switch it on, sends messages while im still typing them etc..Took it the repair centre and was advised the phone wont be assess until I can provide all components of the phone! Im just missing my pouch for goodness sake! Should you require to replace my handset, take the new pouch out the new box and keep since you want to be so PETTY!!! Anyway, I've been a loyal client of MTN for some time now and its sad that I must contemplate switching because of something so small!!
