Please close the account you opened on my behalf

I have to say I'm very disgusted by what I used to think its a very big telecommunication company, last night when I checked my post I found a letter which said that I am owing an amount of around R1200 and to my shock I have never and will never open an account with Nashua, I am now taking this further with my lawyers to see if I have a case against the Nashua company because I can just watch my name go to the mud for their unproffesionalism and incompetency
