Still debiting me for a cancelled contract

I ported my number in September 2012, my contract was due to end in December which i was debited for. Vodacom has continued to debit my account SINCE. I called the call centre on the 8th May - the agent took my details down and said the accounts department would call me - no one did. I called againon the 18th May, this time I even gave them an alternate number and still no one has called however I got debited once more on the 29th May by Vodacom.

My last reference number is as follows:
