As per complain of 24/05/2013 we went to the store today to solve the matter. On our arrival the matter was handled by the assistant manager which was a slab in our face by Vodacom anyway the lady spoke to us on the floor in front of the costumers than voices started going up than other customers were looking at us than we asked the lady to call Bernard who made us wait again for 15-20 min when they came he didn't greet us and look at us he just said to the lady "mmm" than the lady explained to him and left than he looked at us with no remorse than we started to talk to him still on the floor in front of other customers he started to be arrogant and showing us his not apologetic about what happened he shouted and we were so embarrassed and degraded feeling like the earth can open so that we can hide. we were also there to pick up our tablet of the upgraded contract than we told him that we wont talk it because of his service than he just turned and walk away and it was if he was proving his last words he said to us "you can do what ever you want nothing will be done to him" I left with no tablet and my contract not upgraded and to think I have about 10 upgrading with them.
