Lack of service

Since last week friday 24 th I have been complaining about not being able to receive calls from people standing two meters way from me in the springs area far east rand. on monday finally spoke to a manager regarding my complaint. received a ref no 3052700872 again to day some called to inquire a bout my complaint stating that i should explain to them the problem THE PROBLEMS IS THAT THE LEFT HAND DOES NOT KNOW WHAT THE RIGHT HAND IS DOING... THE PROBLEM STILL HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED. HOW MUCH LONGER MUST I WAIT FOR THE PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED???
