Vodacom
Misleaded by false promises

In 2012 a consultant from elite mobile phoned me selling a vodacom product with a samsung phone. it was business tariff. she also mentioned that the phone comes out with a voucher of R1800.00 which i can redeem anywhere i like. time went by and i didnt receive a voucher when i gave them call they told me that i can only get a R200 voucher everymonth and that i can only buy with it online at so music shop.
i then advise them that i was not unhappy about that and i told them that i would not pay the account until the matter has been resolved. i felt misleaded and that they took advantage of me. they are threatning me with lawyers and that they going to attach my assets and have emoluments orders on my salary. the even listed me on ITC as a defaulter but the issue is not sorted out. i want my name to be cleared on ITC and i want the voucher they have promised me and i want all the penalties to be reversed and the contract to be terminated with no future debits.
