False pretense

I received a phone call inviting me to pick up a voucher for a holiday for four people. I went and got the voucher at Monateng Safari Lodge but:

I can't manage to get registered on the oneyeargift website as specified on the voucher. I end up at an unknown URL. There are no number to phone for assistance on the voucher.

Furthermore, I was told by Tanya, the marketing lady, that I will get a voucher that I can use in-season or out-season, and I can use this voucher in Gauteng or a resort in any any other province. The voucher I got stipulates that I can only use the voucher outside school holidays and only at four specific garden route resorts.

I was thus put under false pretense and made a decision to attend the presentation at Monateng Safari Lodge based on false information. This had severe consequences to my personal schedule.

Please assist me in this matter.
