Cell C
So much for your promises

This is the 6th day since I last reported on this matter.

After numerous calls, emails and store visits Tsepo has still not contacted me. Finally got a call from Sidefree today who made a commitment that I would be hearing from the Technical Division at 1pm today... I am writing this complaint at 14h31 and there has still been no communication from Cell C an hour and a half later.

I believe my point has been proven. Once Cell C has your money it's a matter of " Cell C for yourself that we dont give a about the customer" I challenge them to prove me wrong!
