I signed up for an upgrade at Nashua Mobile with my old account being transferred from my employers name to myself. I had to contact Nashua on three different occasions over a period of two weeks before they could complete the paperwork, reasons were the person processing the application was on leave, next it was incompletely captured then finally they were out of stock.

Eventually received notification of the successful application and collected at N1 City Cape Town in December 2013. Due to incorrect capturing or the Nashua ICT malfunctioning system i was incorrectly billed from the word go and it took 4 months for them to acknowledge they had made a mistake, this is after calling them at least 3 times and visiting their stores at least 3 times.

In May i was forced to use up 4 months worth of benefits within a month and when they eventually decided to reimburse me they did so incorrectly.
