I am sick and tired of the rubbish service that I get from MTN, time and time again.

First. I was in Botswana for the last week, from Tuesday the 21st of May. Every month on the 20th my airtime is renewed, so can somebody please explain how I don't have a single cent of airtime available to me!??? I was not even in the country for the last week?!!

Second. on the 27/04/2013. I requested a sim swap be done because I lost the sim card that I purchased with my laptop. It has been a month and the sim swap has not been done. I have a receipt for the purchase, if you want I can get a bank statement for the purchase. And yet every. single. time. I call MTN here is what you people tell me..." Sir, no sim swap was done for that sim card you need to go to back to that store with the sim card and you ID document"

That store is in DBN and I am in JHB, I am not going back.

Listen I am a loyal customer so if you want to keep me start behaving like it. In seven days I am going to the ombudsman with this. Get you act together.
