I'm beyond annoyed with Vodacom no one knows what's going on they have changed the *111# service and it does NOT work. I won airtime in February and had to put it on a prepaid SIM card which I did cause my original number is a contract. Every month since then I use to buy a data bundle and transfer it to my contract number NOW all of a sudden it can't be done WHY Vodacom?? I have spent almost 4 hours on the phone to your useless call centre and guess what no one can help me no surprise there. They deactivated the bundle service and deactivated the service again and still does not work and as much as I explain to them the more they don't understand. Thank goodness my contract is almost finished so I can go onto another network where I will get customer service I'm really angry And disappointed in you guys, I'm sitting with this airtime and I can't use it cause I need the data on my other phone... This was really my last resort maybe someone will wake up and realize that your new system is messed up.
