Got ported to cell c

I recently got ported to Cell C by accident which I accepted accidents happen. I reported the incident immediately Mtn promised me that they would cancel the port to Cell C as I do not have sufficient coverage to my liking to use The service .and prefer Mtn but my service was discontinued that evening my subscriptions were cancelled and every thing on my account taken I received a message from cell c thank you for porting to cell C with my number and they thanked me for permission to use my Rica details and confirm the service mtn then got me back on the network but will not refund me the balance of my fair usage allowance unless I Rica. I have struggled with them till sunday night when I emailed them and told them to fix the problem they are costing me more money than I would like to spend if they can give my nr away they can certainly get everything back they promised everytime I phoned I would like some results please
