No joy to try and ugrade on virgin mobile. Sent numerous e-mails via the website, had no feedback or response from anybody. Phoned cc now, was advised that i need to visit a store, store in richards bay was closed long time ago. I am not allowed to upgrade to my choice of package, offers for cellphones are extremely limited. Manager not in, nombulelo tells me that he will phbone back. nothing as yet. virgin mobile must just say if they don't want my business and i will let the world know.
