This Whole month I have had an issue with this F-ing Company. First they suspend my service becuase on their system my number has become duplicated - Collie sorted this out. Than not even two weeks later they remove air time and stop sms. When I call in I get the same about it will take 48 hours to repair. When I want to speak to the manger I get told Colli is not available and Ashley or Kennith will call me. As you can Imagine that did not happen. I am now resorting to e-mail as I keep getting told the 'mangers' busy and the tech staff can only log faults.

Can someone please pull their fingers out their bums and sort this OUT! I see no reason to suffer a companies own stupidity!
