I sent a previous report and on Sunday read in Rapport (26 May 2013) that Kevin Jacobson said that MTN has a "double opt in" system whereby a client has to confirm subscription twice. I never confirmed once! Veronica's reply to my first report does not make sense then. Please look into this matter again as the newspaper states that clients have been refunded. I would also like a refund as I am a pensioner with a limited income. This has been ongoing since February 2013.
