4G coverage - Edenvale area

I recently purchased a 4G modem from Vodacom in Greenstone Mall. However, I am unable to receive 4G service in the Edenvale area. When I questioned Vodacom about this and why I was not told by the salesman that 4G does not work, they kept fobbing me off with emails going up and down between us. This is as far as I am concerned! I have demanded from Vodacom to prove to me where 4G reception is available in the Edenvale area but they refuse to answer my emails.

4G is 'a bit of a luxury'
