Shocking service - No surprise

My ADSL has been out of operation for almost two months and every time I contact the service centre I am told a different story: Repairs in the area are being carried out or upgrading the lines or a technician will be sent out to the box - all are followed by "it should be sorted out within a few days". I have taken the router into the branch and that was found to be in working order. I have contacted the service centre just to be told all of the above excuses yet the line is still out of order. Telkom keeps billing me for a defective line yet they are unable to repair a simple fault. Telkom are incompetent in everything they do and can not offer a simple service that we pay dearly for. Its always a headache dealing with them and the amount of time that a person has to waste dealing with them - all because they are absolutely useless at what they claim they can offer, false advertising is an under statement. Waiting for someone to attend to this tiny little problem, if that's not asking too much from Telkom.
