Still waiting on some feedback

I took out a cellphone contract two months ago, the consultant offered me insurence which i agreed to take. 3 weeks ago I was broken into and have the police documents to prove how serious this was! i phoned cell c as the first instalement had obviously gone off, and they say insurance was never put on the account and i now have to wait three months to be able to get a new phone. Plus I'm still waiting for someone to contact me with regards to my sim swop. Really poor service.
