EXTREME Poor Service!!!

Ive opend a Cellphone Contract with Cell c and then got insurance on my Cellphone and this about 2 weeks ago and the consultant said to me the documents will be send to me via email which im still waiting for so how do i pay for a service if i havent seen any Documentation, no idea how much my phone is insured for NOTHING... Service like this this aint even Service!!!
