My phone was sent in January 2013 for a fault not of mine.5months later I still dont have a phone and I have been billed R290 for courier charges durban to JHB to repair centre they proudly tell you when you phone them. The handset is Beyond Economical Repair and under warranty and Charl Swanepoel authorised a brand new handset to be sent to me and my account to be credited with R350 for my inconvenience but lo and behold they are now charging me to have the phone brought to me and disconnected my line??? where does Autopage get off having such bad customer service. I the customer dont have a phone for 5months, cannot make phone calls now being a single mother an emergency can arise, I cannot use my bbm, I cannot read my emails, I must give my cell number and ID and address everytime Im transferred when I phone these lunatics! Where is the service?
