I have been with Autopagecellular since 2010. I am a cash customer and I transfer the amount due every month on the 25th like clockwork.

Every month they cut off my services on the 24th and charge me R49 re-connection fee. Every month I have to fight the same fight to get re-connected. What happened to service in South Africa. Seems to me that the more debt you have the more companies like you. Cash customers mean absolutely nothing these days.

What is wrong with Autopagecellular, have they not heard that the customer also has a say in this day and age. I will not be bullied into signing a debit order!!! Autopage, please go back to the drawing board and come up with a better solution to treat your customers as your service is appaling.
