Billed for a cell phone I dont have

One the cell agent called me tellin me about their promotions.. That they have tab going for R169. X24months.. w. When I recieved the phone, it was something that was not communicated to me on the phone. Iu called them same day after recieving the phone to let them know that i was not communicaandted about what I had recieved and they must send a courier to collect it and im no longer intrested in the phone. It took them 2weeks to Collect. Month end march I was not billed. April month end I got a bill. I the called them to say why did get a bill for something I never used, the person that spoke to me said they will query it with thr relevent department and it will take 48hrs for them to call me back..
2weeks have past I am still waitin for their call... May the relevent person call me and do a reversal on my bill.
