What a joke!

Everyone I speak to in Potch who has a BB has the same complaint. I have yet to ONCE not have a call dropped or such poor reception that one can't hear a thing for the distortion and poor signal.

I was given a refurbished handset within two months of starting a new contract because of trouble with the first one. And this one is not much better, dicky keys (the lady at the desk said that she wouldn't have accepted the phone if it was hers) and switches off at the most arbitrary times without the battery being drained.

Battery life is very short

Just tired of paying over R1000 a month for this rubbish.
