Still receiving smses asking me to pay my account

2 months ago I posted my complaint here due to wrongfull billing. Aftr postin it I received a call from ilham & she assured me that the matter will be solved. I then received a proof (letter) that It hv been solved.i undastood that the process takes up to 21days. But I'm still receiving smses & calls askin me to pay my acc. Can sumbody tell me what the is goin on, Isn't this acc supposed to be closed by now?
