SECOND COMPLAINT ON HELLO PETER AND STILL WAITING

MY FIRST COMPLAINT LOGGED THREE WEEKS AGO ON HELLOPETER HAS NOT BEEN FINALISED I AM STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE TO THAT.
MY SECOND COMPLAINT IS THAT OF THE BLACKBERRY 9900 WHICH I UPGRADED THREE MONTHS AGO, FIRSTLY THE PHONE STARTS CHIPPING AWAY FROM THE SIDES AND THEN STSRTS FREEZING. I GO TO YOUR MTN CRESTA BRANCH TWO WEEKS AGO AND REQUEST FOR THE PHONE TO BE SWAPPED AS IT STILL FALLS WITHIN THE GUARANTEE PERIOD, I WAS TOLD BY LEROY THAT THEY WILL BOOK THE PHONE IN AND AWAIT A RESPONSE. I THEN GET AN SMS A WEEK AND HALF LATER (NOTE NO CALL) TO FETCH THE PHONE. UPON OING TO THE STORE I WAS TOLD TO SIGN FOR THE PHONE WITHOUT THEM EVEN SHOWING ME WHAT WAS DONE. I THEN SAID TO THE LADY (AS LEROY WAS BUSY WITH ANOTHER CUSTOMER) WHAT MUST I SIGNE FOR AND WAS TOLD FOR THE REPAIRS TO MY PHONE. I ASKE DWHAT REPAIRS AS I WAS TOLD THE PHONE WAS GOING TO BE REPLACED. IN ANY EVENT THEY HAD UPGRADED THE SOFTWARE AND ALL MY CONTACTS FOR THE PAST TEN YEARS HAVE BEEN ERASED AND ALL OTHER ITEMS. AND ALSO THE HARNESS ON THEPHONE WAS NOT REPLACED. THE BOTTOM LINE IS THAT THE PHONE IS UNDER WARRANTY AND I REQUEST THAT A NEW PHONE BE HANDED TO ME. IS MTN NOW SUPPLYING INFERIOR QUALITY PHONES TO CLIEN
