My sister and I have noticed how quick our prepaid recharges come to R0.00. My friends too have also noticed that airtime value quickly decreases without having used it much

This past Saturday i had recharged with R20 and literally made a call that lasted no longer than 2 minutes. I checked my balance the following day and was left with R2, 69??? this is not the first time Iv experienced such shoking billing with MTN - I am definitely jumping ship as their rates have just become ridiculous and unaffordable. Nothing has changed with regards to my cellphone usage, i basically use Whatsapp, facebook and check on my emails every odd day.
