In February this year I went to this company to take a cellular contract. We filled the forms correctly and everything was in order of my preference. After a month I've took the contract they did not deduct any cent from my account. Our agreement was that they should deduct on the 15 of every month. But they started saying our agreement is on the 25 of everymonth. There was no way I would have agreed on this because I'm getting paid on the 15 not 25. After I quarel with them they changed this to the 9th. I dis agree again and went to my lawyers. That is when they changed to the 15. Another thing is that on the Package that I took they told me that it include the BIS, but when I cheched they changed by saying it does not include it I have to pay for it separately. Another problem was initiation fee of which it doubled my installment. I was not aware of. My lawyers are looking after this case.
