Exspensive Cell C data bundle useless

After going to Cell C for their so called biggest cheapest Data bundle in the market I have only experienced frustration and disappointment.

When I went to the local Cell C store in the Waterfall Mall, and inquired about the the data bundle I was assured that the signal will be 100% in my area of residence the technical adviser even showed me on their computer.

I wanted to be certain prior to spending R2499.00 on something that it will work, I was assured there off, Low and behold my disappointment when I started using the product. The poor performance caused marital discontent as my wife uses the internet for our small home run business. I have been to the Cell C shop on 4 different occasions, to complain and each time I am assured that the problem will be resolved and that I will receive a sms with a ref number but up and till today I am still waiting. I even spend another R627.00 on a booster device.

It has now come to the point where I have sent my wife to go and buy a Vodacom sim and data, purely so that I can enjoy a ice cold whisky when I get home at night, instead of walking into the house with a wife that is fit to catch a puffadder by the tail and strangle it to death
