HORRIBLE TELEPHONIC SERVICE

I have been calling your call centre to get assistance with activation of landline and application for internet access bundles and every time I speak to someone they line just goes completely dead this is the most horrible service I have ever experienced. Totally ridiculous I spoke Rebotile; Busi; and Samantha I cant remember the other consultants. If I don't receive a speedy response on my cell number 0764772674 today I am going splash these service levels on helopeter and report this issue to the FSB because Telkom advertises services and products that they cannot deliver on so this is misleading the consumer, pathetic service
