Billing closed account and no refund

I requested my account to be closed during December month with MTN Brits and requested a refund for all debit with call center consultants that gave Me a run around giving Me stories and on the 23 May I called to make sure that contract is cancelled I was accertained that no more debit orders will go through now to my surprise they debited again and Tsholofelo from call center said I'm liable for their mistake and a cancelled contract, I swear this is my last contract with them, we work and don't have time to run around shops looking for proof that I cancelled the contracts from their agents all MTN should do is refund Me, and I'll leave them in peace and move to other companies that know customer Thankx for poor service MTN
