Hi there,

So yes the funds was refunded after a whole month of calling and emailing, the o/s statements received after numerous back and forth
And again statements not received. Contact centre contacted and requested they write off my account (March 2013) as the turn around time on resolving issues is pathetic. No one responded and so i made contact again with them (May 2013) still no response. I supposedly spoke to a supervisor (Dudu) who couldn't help me resolve the matter. Asked her to transfer me to a manager. (Lerato) Lerato then promised to have feedback and a result by COB she still has not contacted me. Instead someone else calls me (a week later) and claims Lerato told her to call me. And again they cannot give you answers/results.
