Vodacom is like a baby on steroids, grown too big too quick and the unfortunate result is that they have a brain the size of a peanut who are incapable and short sighted to understand the meaning of customer attrition.
I initially logged a query regarding activities (sms') going off my Account in that international sms' during the month of March to the value of R100 had been sent every day of the month during ungodly hours of the morning. A month, yes a month later I received a call stating that ll they can do is confirm that the sms' in question were in fact sent from my SIM card and that I should open a case with the SAPS, please, I would be laughed out of the police station, nevermind the waste of their time whilst they could be putting their time to better use.
I informed the agent that I will be cancelling my subscription to which she stated that she would like to offer me 250MB once off data for compensation. I informed her that I do not wish to accept this as what prevents similar activities from taking place the following month, (Surprise, surprise all activities stopped dead). She further informed me that my subscription would come to an end on the 18th of June
