Good day.

I 1st logged a complain with Autopage regarding my account early November. I was quoted differently to what was being charged on my monthly bill. I spoke to Phutti and a credit was passed for the overcharge on the 26-11-2012 however I was still being overcharged. I have tried contacting Phutti via Customer Services as I don't have direct contact details for him. Even if I tried calling the call centre it's to no avail. Clinton was answering some of the mail advising me that Phutti will contact me but to date have not heard from Phutting since the 2-12-2012. In the meantime i'm still paying a higher subs than what was quoted.
