Please think twice before going with vodacom

Dear vodacom .please do not contact me re this complaint... this is to all people wanting to take a contract out with vodacom .think twice .i have 3 contract with them and have been with them for years .but that does not count at all .i recieved good service when i took out the contracts .the trouble comes when the handset gives you problems .they tell you they cant repair it and give you a faulty refurbished one in return .when u notify them all they say is that you must return it so that they can send it away for repairs again.this is just how they operate and you as a client must just accept it .well i wont, i have seeked legal assistance in my matters as i cannot accept this .u send a phone in for repairs they give a refurbishes one in return and its faulty now u have to send it back again for repairs.please people rather deal with cellc .vodacom onnly cares bout themselves not the client >>the service is five star for being bad... i wont ever deal with them again and i tell as much people i can about the danger of a contract with them... my next step is to put a stop order then they can blacklist me as i cannot pay for faulty phones... pathetic
