Unlawfull deduction from my cell phone

I have not subscribed to this but a subscription fee is being deducted everyday from my phone. If anybody out there has the same problem and knows how to get this sorted out please let me know. You can contact me on 021 507 6060 ask for Leone. This is and I would like this to be stopped.
