Been stung by the '' wasp. Reported it early to Mtn Summerstrand, but despite assurances given,
Billing for unsolicited content has come through on my statement. Been again in person to Mtn Summerstrand,
again given assurance that I will be contacted - I'm still waiting 5 days later. I get the feeling that Mtn Summerstrand Is not in control, but then why should they? Overbilling helps pay for the overheads I guess.
This must surely be reasonable grounds to cancel my contract?
Disgusted, to say the least!
