Great Service at last

I have posted twice about a call that MTN says my wife made and it was not on the phones call log. It cost R116.00. After being brushed off wice on the phone and twice on HelloPeter, I was pleasantly surprised by aletter from Paul R at MTN to say that while the call was to my phone it was possibly a "pocket call" and he reloaded the airtime. I have attacked MTN many times before and this is the first time I have been treated like a valued customer in 17 years. Thank You Paul. Thank You MTN and I hope this is how you will trreat all your customers in the future. WELL DONE MTN
