Overcharged on my account and not resolved

I was overcharged for my contract. a debit order went of twice for R1035 and after some communication between myself and someone from 8ta it was established that only 1 debit order was picked up. I have asked what about the 2nd payment and I have not yet received a response. My 1st query raised was on the 1st of May. Last communication received from 8ta was 7th of may, I have requested feedback on the 8th, 9th and 14th of may and i still have not received any feedback. Please RESOLVE THIS A.S.A.P!
