Cell[hone repair came back broken

Hi, I had a contract with Vodacom in 2010 in 2011 I had issues with my cell phone I took it back to be fixed a month later I was informed the phone is now not in order anymore and demanded I come collect it, the matter was escalated to attorneys, my name is now listed on ITC I don't have any phone except for empty promises I get from their attorneys, I need assistance in this regard urgently
