No MMS for 4 Months

SInce I purchased my phone (iphone) from MTN last year, the MMS service has never worked. I spent countless hrs on the phone with technical support going through various procedures, changing settings, etc. This process must have happend no less than 10 time before it became apparent to MTN that it was not a settings issue. It further develop that because the number had not been correctly move from Vodacom to MTN and was passed onto the department - they told me the issue would be resolved and my MMS would be active in a few days - NOTHING HAPPENED OR WORKED. Followed up and the department told me my number was still not provisioned. At this point i became highly frustrated and could not deal with being on the Phone to Mtn for hours a day. Today I tried to start the process again and it went back to the same old - change this setting, restart the phone, etc, etc. The service is still not working and NOW I am sick and tired of trying - PLEASE ADDRESS THIS ISSUE ASAP.

had messages saying that I had been provisoned for mms and i can start using mms, but it never works
