Sim number 2029578475, P 1305 W13.1.I rica'ed sim card on 13/05/2013 and send an affidavit and copy of id to jackie fax number 0867417864 for assistance to have my number back as my phone was . i was previously on contract and now on prepaid. I have been calling each day without help, everyone seems to be e-mailing jackie but she never gets back to me. I would like to know how long i need to wait to have this issue resolved as the 24hrs has long expired.
