My service has been suspended due to an apparent system error that I owe R930. according to my statement I am not in the red. I have emailed, called and gone on Facebook and only Facebook people respond. the call centre can't give feedback. I have emailed Joseph and various other departments and they ignore me bluntly. then I went to the bank for a bank statement and saw that NEW DEBT MANAGEMENT is trying to take money out my account. 8ta instructs them to recover money. I WANT TO BE CONNECTED AND NO MONEY MUST BE DEDUCTED OUT MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE
