I added a new line on Friday 10th and had a prepaid number to port into Vodacom. I was told it should all be fine by Monday. After multiple visits to the store and now a second sim prepped / RICA'd and inserted I still do not have the ability to use my new phone as the sim cannot be provisioned for postpaid on the ported number. The store requests another 2 days to sort out. This is now day 3 of no phone use as my previous sim can no longer be used.

I asked customer services to cancel the contract as the date of activation of the agreement (postpaid contract on a GS4 on smart M) has not been fulfilled - Customer services has not yet gotten back to me. Calls to 082111 reveal that my profile shows only a prepaid sim and nothing pending.
