Cell C
I have just had enough!

I have finally had enough of Cell C and their hollow promises. We took out cell phone contracts for our business in October last year. Since then I have been pulling my hair out... our complaints include and are not restricted to:

Dropped calls
Full bars but NO SERVICE
No Connection when dialling but the meter is running
Bad reception
Bad connection
No Internet Access
Not being able to send Whatsapp message because of no internet access but FULL bars on the the phone???
No being able to call out for 6 HOURS!!!

I know it is not the phone as I sent it for repairs just to make sure - I waited over TWO WEEKS to get it back and when I eventually lost the plot they told me it had been in the showroom all this time?

I did a sim swop too to make sure that it was not the sim card...

So in a NUTSHELL Cell C have over extended themselves with their so call "Amazing" deals and basically can't cope with the demand... whatever you do DON'T change to Cell C!!!

I can't wait to end the contract so I can move to a more reliable network.

And their ADs or should we say Documentaries - don't get me started!
