On the 1 may we got the phone nokia lumia 920 on a contract on the arrival at home the phone was offf and we try to recharge the phone but still the phone did not log on. On the 5 may we call the branch at menlyn the phone was answered by Mike to make inquiery about the phone the problem that we have that since we got the phone it never worked and he told us that we can still bring the phone before 21 days the we relaxed. On 10 may we went to the branch with the phone because we went to collect another phone on our arrival we find the lady by the name of Janine who sold us the nokia and we explain our matter to her then she told us that the guy was wrong because we were suppossed to bring the phone before seven days and when we make a call on sunday, seven days was not yet over. Janine went to Riaan to ask him about the matter and he told her that nothing will happen is better for us to book the phone for repair of which we are not satisfied about the service which was rendered for us. we came a long way with this company but today they failled us big time. We need your assistant regarding this matter.
