I laid a complaint about the poor service I received regarding my Insurance claim and never received any feedback from Cell C. I submitted the claim on the 02/01/2013 and only received my phone on the 14/01/2013 after numerous calls and complaints about the pathetic service. The phone is now faulty (OBF) and I'm really disapointed that I couldnt be helped sufficiently. So again I am without a cellphone as it apparently has to be sent off to JHB to be accessed before it can be replaced. Something really needs to be done about this poor service you give your clients. I have 2 contacts with Cell C and the way things are going I will be forced to move over to a different network that can give me the better service I need.
