No Help From These People

I sent in a complaint against my service providor in FEBRUARY. I have a referrence number and was in contact with Victor. I have yet to have 1 solitary email or sms from them with feedback. I am owed R35000 from a VSP and they seem to be protecting them. They do not represent the public, they are the lapdogs of the cellular providors
