I ordered, from the web, a 3GB data card for the use in my new Samsung tablet on 13th April (which is in addition to 4 other lines I have). On 16th April a micro sim was delivered, which I found to be wrong, but only after it damaged my sim reading slot when I inserted it. I don't know too much about technology, which is probably why I did not realize I was given the wrong sim. I phoned up Vodacom to replace it with a standard sim card. They said they will look into the repair cost of the tablet - which never happened - so I paid the R780 and I am still waiting for a reply on the complaint.
I eventually received the correct sim on 2nd May after countless phone calls to follow up, countless empty promises and yes countless dropped calls even to their call centre.
I find it hard to believe that such a large telecoms company offer such a poor service!!!
