Don't buy new PABX from IP Solutions

I was advised to change the way i get billed by Telkom. I got rid of a Premicell and went onto a new billing method with Telkom. i was promised that the cancellation of the cell phone contract would handled by IP Solutions, this never happened, 6 months later I had to cancell with the cell phone company myself. IP Solutions also promised me that they would reimburse me the 6 months remaining on the cell phone contract, 18 months later nothing has happened. IP Solutions got me to buy a new PABX from them as part of the deal to change to new billing method. I recommend to the public do not sign new deals with IP Solutions until you get the money that they promise 1st.
